From what I can see in the photo it looks like you have a Dexter Torflex torsion axle, the #10 Torflex axle with a 2,500 lb capacity. Based on that the correct lift kit is the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01.

The main difference between the Fusion LED Trailer Tail Light part # STL211XRFHB and the Fusion LED Trailer Tail Light part # OPT37FR is that the stop/turn signal portion of the former is a red lens with red LEDs and the latter is a white lens with red LEDs.
